After just over a year I'm at 9960 miles (it'd be much higher if I didn't bike commute most days) so she's going in this week. Anything I should request to be checked out in terms of TSBs? I've got a little dash rattle but the Nav system has been fairly reliable these days unlike early on with lotsa of crashes. Still doesn't play nicely with my 5s when plugged in to the USB ports.

As far as I know, there still is no solution to Nav reset problems related to USB port use by phone, iPod, etd.
I had my 10k service a couple weeks ago (13 months, 8500 miles). The only thing I asked for was an update of my nav firmware to the latest revision, which they happily accommodated.
A little bit of a tangent but did you guys opt for the free oil change at 5k? I've read that an oil change that early (especially if the car already has synthetic) is actually detrimental to the car?

You could bring it by my house and I'll give it a test drive for a hundred miles or so and let you know what I think.
Ok - never mind - I'll go stand in the corner now.
Let us know how it goes and whether or not the dealer was responsive to any problems found.
Lexus provides your 5k and 10k services as complimentary, available at any dealer. This Lexus provided 5k service does not include an oil change. If your dealer throws in an oil change in that service, it doesn't make much sense to me. Why don't they just follow the Lexus recommended service schedule, which includes an oil change every 10k miles? It seems like they are wasting their resources.
With that said, there's nothing wrong with changing the oil at 5k miles, I just don't really get the point.
