AV port distorted

AV port distorted
So I plugged in my 4 pole into the aux port and I tested it using 2 different cables I have as well as testing 2 different DVD players on the TV to confirm.
I can't seem to get a stable image. I tried every combination of colors.
The only way I was able to get anything close to getting a stable image is if I were to pull the 4pole outward on the aux port and hold it still with my hand but that will have no sound + picture is still crappy.
What am I doing wrong?

You have wrong cable. There are two types of 4-pole cables. You must have the one with longer connector because if you plug all the way in only part of connector is connected. I will post pic of the correct one I have later.

It's this one. Incorrect one has ground pin longer and when you plugged into the jack it passes through connector where it should have stopped. That's why it kind of works when you didn't plug it all the way.

For now you can't but Prestigious Society is making a box that will accomplish this but not sure it's coming to 3IS. You can contact them.
