Default Dash rattles above 3500rpm ...

i have notice rattling inside the dash area or inside the instrument panel. i have 350f sport and i have tried moving the ring around to see if that was it. the higher the rpm the more rattling.

anyone has the same problem or its just my one vehicle?

many thanks, eric

Don't mess with it on your own. You still have warranty.

i just got back from the dealer service today for the first 1000km service and the rattle noise issue.

the rattle is still there, they assured me that the noise starting 3200rpm is from the 2 water pipes that comes in from the engine and thru the front part of the dash to cool some sort of radiator.

does that sound right to anyone?

they said there are air bubbles in the water therefore making that noise as the water passes thru.

they told me to drive it for another tank of gas and said the bubbles will evaporate and no more noise.

they have already tried to release air once. i was given the option to leave the car with them for another air release or drive away and trust them on the evaporating solution.

what do u guys think?

its not common that air is inside the radiator water they answered.

any of you guys have had this kinda problem with your cars not just lexus?

any input is appreciated.

Sounds weird to me, but they might be right.
Try it their way and if that doesn't work, go back again.
