Ive sourced a 2013 IS250 F-Sport cluster for my IS350 base from ebay.
Ive corrected the mileage and it is correctly displaying. Unfortunately the 250 cluster had PCS and there is nowhere I can find one without PCS within reason.
Ive decided to try to code out the PCS and will start to zero out the values as suggested by Scotty in an post from March 2025. Ill start with that this weekend. Since I don't have a bench set up and will just be plugging it into the car
If anyone has some insights it would be greatly appreciated. I'm just learning as Im going a long and am a complete noob.
Also if anyone has a dump from a non PCS cluster that could also help.
Attached is the dump pulled from the cluster when I got it.
Updating this thread with my experience to keep track and organize should this project be successful:
I was provided a dump from Ditto21 in another thread.
Out of interest I flashed the provided bin onto my cluster.
Here's what happened:
It was in KM at 126641km
It gave me the following errors:
VGRS
LDA
PCS
DRS
Also MPG units disappeared and could only switch between
KM/L and L/100KM
I was then able to re-flash with my dump and went back to as it was, with just the PCS error present.
This indicates to me I should be possible to code out the PCS system expectation via the S93A66 chip.
Good news I've been able to code out PCS from the cluster!
It took a lot of trial and error, removals and installations. Had some weird behavior with no turn signal sounds and 4 bongs at startup, but its all working perfectly now with trip and mileage matching car as close as I could get to a few hundred meters.
I am so happy with this upgrade.

Great job! Can you please show us which byte in EEPROM is responsible for PCS flag? And how to change mileage? I was also thinking abot changing cluster to F Sport cluster but I was afraid that I won't be able to change odometer
Will pay-I live in Colorado and will pay you whatever
Hey man, I came across your thread about coding out PCS on the F Sport cluster — seriously impressive work.
I’m dealing with the same issue on my 2014 IS250 (non-nav, no PCS/BSM/LDA), and I picked up an F Sport cluster that’s throwing warning lights because of the mismatched options.
I wanted to ask if you’d be willing to help me out. Even just pointing me in the right direction with the EEPROM (S93A66) data or what bytes need to be changed would mean a lot. If you have a working non-PCS dump or anything you’re willing to share, I’d really appreciate it.
Also, if you’d be open to actually doing the modification if I shipped the cluster out (I’m in the U.S.), I’d definitely be willing to pay for your time and effort.
No worries at all if you’re busy or not taking this on — just figured I’d reach out since you’re one of the only people I’ve seen actually get it working.
