I recently purchased an aftermarket screen for my 2020 Lexus IS 300, specifically the model from 4x4. While everything else seems to function properly, I’m encountering an issue with the backup camera—it doesn’t seem to connect to the new screen. When I select the rear camera option, only a black screen appears. If I choose the “Original” setting, the only thing displayed is the Lexus assist parking screen.

Before installing the new screen, the backup camera was working perfectly without any issues. I contacted 4x4 for support, and they advised me to ensure all plugs were properly connected, which I’ve confirmed. Now, I’m uncertain whether the issue lies with the camera adapter, requiring a replacement, or if it’s a settings issue or something else altogether.
