I've been a long admirer of the 3IS. My second car ever was the 2IS back in 2005 so I jumped at the chance to purchase a used 2021 IS350 a week ago. With that said, I was sad to discover today that the driver side door lock wasn't working. After looking through the helpful posts here, this seems to be a common issue. I bought the vehicle with about 45K miles; therefore, I'm hoping the local Lexus dealership will fix it through the basic warranty. I'm wondering if I'm being too optimistic about the warranty or if the dealer will try to charge me for it. Any input would be appreciated. Also, I'm in the Northern Virginia area so any dealership recommendations would also be appreciated. Thanks!

Just a quick update on this. Certified warranty covered everything. If you're in the DC area feel free to message me about questions about the dealership process.
