My driver side door locks (front and rear) no longer work via the car's stock alarm system. I have to manually lock and unlock using the passenger side doors. Any ideas on how to fix? I am comfortable doing mechanical fixes myself such as removing the interior door panel. The back stopped working a few months before the front. Thank you.

 

I had the same issue with the driver's side front door. This occurred while the car was still under warranty and the lock actuator was replaced. I now have the same issue with the passenger front door and have been quoted $550 from a local Lexus dealer (my car is no longer under warranty). $550 is very steep for an issue that can likely just re-occur.

This is unfortunately a more common issue than Lexus would like to admit. I wonder if there will be a campaign to address these issues in the near future.
