If the top of the lower control arm bushing is dry, I would say that chances are that it is the bushing itself that is leaking.
Can you look upward from that to see if there is a "source" of the drip?

Didn’t think any bushings on this car were liquid filled. Haven’t read of bushing leaks here before.
The first picture seems to show oil on the hex part of the bolt, not what I would expect if that bushing were leaking. Maybe oil was applied to address a squeak?
I agree with looking for signs of leakage above this point.
looks like bushing to me. It also doesn t look like motor oil. Don t think there s a source above that and also it would have to drip right onto that nut, unlikely IMO.
Wipe it down and watch it.

several people told me that stock LCA bushings for IS were fluid filled.

Hmm. Someday, when I’ve got nothing better to do, I’ll drill some holes into my stock bushings (never gonna put them back on the car) and see if I strike oil (or anything other than rubber).
Years ago I had a 1998 BMW 528i with a bad control arm bushing. Took to dealer they said it was fine, I said it felt loose and likely had oozed out. They told me they were not fluid filled, shop foreman agreed, tech working on car agreed. Amazingly they let me on the service floor and under my car and tech pushed at it with a pry bar. I said replace it anyways and yes they are fluid filled they could verify this in the TIS software. Blank faces all around. I had a copy myself at home and had seen the page. I offered to show them in the TIS where it said this if they didn’t believe me, they smiled and said go ahead and walked me to their PC. I navigated to the page and showed them. Everyone’s eyes popped wide. It was clear no one there knew how to navigate the TIS software at all.
Sh#t like this is why I distrust everything and anything these days.
It is fine to be yapping about this and that on the shop floor, but when there is info at the fingertips and they still dont want to read it, waiting for a "smartass" to show them, it is just burnout/laziness.
Hey everyone, just got back from the mechanic. He said he couldn't identify any issue aside from the bushing rubber piece having signs of wear(cracks). The liquid that was present has dried, and is not oil. He also stated that the bushings for this model are not fluid filled(dry). He said that perhaps it was water that seeped into the cracks and it just leaking out, from washing or driving over puddles. I haven't washed my car in a couple weeks and there hasn't been any water that I've run over. Still not clear on the leaking fluid. I will monitor for now. I'll be ordering 2 new front lower control arms, left and right. I figure replace the whole assembly instead of just the bushings. Current mileage is at 167k. I've included photos of the bushings. Let me know what you think. Thank you. Front left bushing Front right bushing (issue)

Unless your LCAs are damaged, you dont need new LCAs themselves. You just need the bushings (either stock or from rcf for slightly more stiff ride and better steering control ).

Thank you for your reply. Oh alright, I figured since they've never been replaced before, it might be a good precautionary maintenance item. Would you be able to tell me what year and part number will fit from the RCF for the bushings? Thank you again!

I just got off the phone with Lexus parts. Can you confirm these are correct?
IS Bushings:
48075-30030
48076-30030
RCF Bushings:
48075-24010
48076-24010
Thank you!
Looks like the parts rep gave me the ones for the ISF. Just corrected them.
