Engine ticking after some fast driving, any ideas what it could be?

the ticking sounds a lot worse than it is, but it's still not a sound that was there the other day. The sound is coming from the area where I am focusing my camera on. The sound is barely noticeable when the bonnet is closed.
My friend says it sounds like a hydraulic valve plunger. Could that be the issue? Oil level is good.

Yeah it does sound louder in the clip than it actually is. ButiI have no power loss, no ordinary sounds, nothing. All sound and looks good.
