Reverse lights not working, all other lights work..
As stated, all other lights in the car work, but neither reverse light does, and bulbs are fine. This leads me to believe that it is the reverse switch, but I cannot find any information on where the switch is located, or any wiring diagrams for it. Does anyone have a location for the switch and or wiring diagrams for it?

Switch is on the A760 trans.
Just me but with a meter verify the bulbs do in fact have a path ti ground. So basically ohm between an unpainted chassis bolt and one of wires that should be ground. Could be any color but if a black wire exists, its likely the ground.
If you have a 12V test light these work great too as they draw current which a meter doesn't. But now you need to supply 12v.
Also for $15 you get a 48hr pass on the toyota tis website to download schematics and troubleshooting tips. You might start there.

You may not know the answer but has the trans been replaced?
On every trans with a case mounted switch you **almost always** place the trans in Neutral and insert a small gauge wire or maybe a drill bit through a hole in the switch and it drops in. It is doesnt, loosen the switch, rotate it until it does. Tighten switch and adjust linkage so park, neutral and drive align inside at the console.
Make certain vehicle will not move if you get under it and yank it out of park! It'll run you over!!!

The manual does show Fuse #36 is the Backup lights fuse. if the two light do not work, then it could be a fuse, Revere Switch, or the Relay. I have 2012 RX350 and experiencing the same issues. I will have to troubleshoot and find which is causing the problem ! Once I find the fix, I will report to the CLUB !! EJ Dossary, EE
