Default Nav. system update

I have a 2011 is250 with the factory nav. system. With all of the road work going on here in NC with the new interstate and other improvements, it is time to get the Nav. system updated. My question, What is the cost of the update.?

Update will cost ~$200 at the dealer. If the 2011 had the DVD-based system, then you may be able to find it for $20-$50 on Craigslist (for a copied DVD). I don't think it will have the new roads on it as the disks are all at least 1 year behind current.
