Default IS350 steering question

Alright question.......whenever I'm cornering to the left at speeds over 40mph I feel this jerky feeling in the steering. Now I know my brakes are low and the squeaking just started (bought new brake pads today OEM) and I'm planning on changing them out this Saturday weather permitting. Any one have an idea of what to look for on the steering issue??? I'm pretty sure the brakes have nothing to do with it at least I'm hoping but since I'll be having the left front wheel off I would like any input on what to look for. Thanks

Unfortunately the issue is so vague it could be anything. When working on the brakes, just checking for being tight and in place as it should.

Report back after the new pad install.

Ok so out with the old in with the new. Completed the Front brakes, air filter, and oil change. I have to say this had to be the easiest brake job ever. I was worried being a Lexus that more tools may be needed or just difficult. Only problem I had was the freakin brake cleaner getting in my eye...lol (hurt like a ******...lol). Anyways I checked what I could for the steering and really saw nothing wrong other then the boot on the shock(left) has split. Hoping not a big deal. And just as I lowered the car off the ramps the down poor of rain started so I finished in the nick of time. Pics posted and I hope all loaded. Love my IS350!!!!!

Got to give it up to the dealer ship as they were pretty damn spot on. When I checked the service records the previous customer declined the brake change and they advised about 10,000 miles left on pads and I got about 11,200 before the squeaking started.
