I have been received lot of PM regarding about how to install HID kit on eBay LED Headlight (VIPMOTORZ for example) and how to make LED turn on all the time when ACC is on.

As for LED work at DRL i will update this thread shortly a long with all partS you need to do it.

PLEASE NOTE:
For saving time and labor, please all way check headlight leveling before putting back bumper. i will take note on that one as well and will update it.

 

Did this a few days ago. Couldn't have been easier. Unfortunately one of the ballast of the hid kit that I bought doesn't work so now I am waiting for a reply from the seller.

 

Please share how to wire up the LED as DRL! Thank you

 

Did you watch the video in the link above? It shows you how at the end of the video. The drl will be on as well as the led so if you don't want both on you have to have the drl disabled .

awesome!!! BUT, is there a DIY for HID kit swap? just the ballast and bulb. not the whole headlight assembly. kinda new on this forum.

 

So your car didn't come with factory hid? If not you will need a hid kit and its plug and play. Install is real easy. Here is a diy
