Default Steering wheel problem

I was wondering if you guys can help me. I recently bought a used is250 2008 AWD. As I started driving it more, I noticed my steering wheel tends to shift to a 1 side as I am decelerating. This only happens just before making a complete stop, usually around going from 20km/h to 0 and doesn't happen all the time. It will sharply kick to 1 side, either left or right and there is a bit of resistance as I try to straighten it back (the wheel is stiffer than usual). The alignment was off and I had that fixed but no impact on the aforementioned problem. What do you guys think is causing this? Thanks in advance

Seized caliper on one side? Have your brakes checked.
