Just about everyone here has bought something off ebay whether they want to admit it or not.
My GS bumper, upper, lower grill and grill surround came from ebay. I got a better deal buying from there than buying from the Lexus Stealership or Sewell. Just make sure you check the feedback of each seller before buying. A lot of random companies and even vendors here sell on ebay as well and they sell their products on their less than what they do on their actual website. Bayson R for example sells some replica kits spoilers etc. Option racing sells replica ISF bumper conversions for 250s and 350s
eBay is a place to buy parts, real and replicas. So, there's nothing wrong with buying things on eBay. I think you mean to ask if anyone has bought replica parts on eBay? Like others suggested, just look at the seller's feedback. See the construction (fiberglass vs polyurethane) etc. There's nothing wrong with buying replica parts and most fit perfect.

Just do your due diligence, and use paypal or something that guarantees buyer protection, and you should be fine.
One neat trick is to not only check feedback but look at the date the feedback was left/date item was purchased. Sometimes this can attest to the seller's shipping speed
