Default Vinyl Wrap or plastic dip

I'm planning on getting all my chrome trim blacked out. I'm either getting it vinyled or plastic dipped this weekend. I was wondering what you guys perfer. Or what is the best option to go by. Let me know your suggestions. Which last longer. Which looks the best quality. That sort of stuff.

I've done plasti dip on most of the chrome and I like the black mat finish of it, haven't done the chrome around the windows yet as it seems like its going to be a pain in the *** to do so will most likely do the black tape that someone suggested in another thread thats for the mini.

I'll always prefer a wrap over plasti-dip. But if you're looking to just get a matte finish, plasti dip is an easy option. For plastidip, in most cases nothing needs to be removed before appliance. Just some masking around. If you're looking for a glossy finish, a wrap will do a much better job and will look much better IMO.

Definitely vinyl! Gets a much more even finish, and won't fade/chip like plasti-dip would.

wrap it, if it ever fades you can just remove it and put new vinyl on and it's a lot less work to prep than plastidipping it.

Wrap it, WAY easier to clean! If you do the badges, plasti dip them, very very easy.

Go Vinyl!

Plasti Dip looks cheap, fades, gets dirty, hard to clean and starts to chip/peel off quickly.
