Default Ichiba V2 Spacer Issues (Poll)

I have V2 spacers, but I'm not sure that I want to use them. Some forums love them and some have issues and say to stay away. I'd love to get some stats and find what percentage actually have issues. I'm sure everyone has seen the picture on here of the catastrophic failure, but is that 1 in 10 or 1 in 10,000?

Get the V1 spacers with extended lugs if u have to use spacers. Or get rims with the right offset and call it a day.

Can I get V1 with 20mm spacing? Also, my car already came with 18" Spider rims (which I really like, and want to keep a Lexus rim). I like the flush look ($200 is OK), but I'm not madly in love with it (thousands for new rims...).

I've heard a lot of options though all of the threads, I'm hoping this poll with add a little data to help make a decision...

Thanks, but again I'm not looking for an opinion. I have read them all. I'm trying to get some stats on the amount of people that have actually had problems, so I can make my own educated, informed decision.

Ive had them for over 20,000 miles and 1 year now...
Removed them and rotated tires 3 times since initial purchase, paying close attention to detail to spider cracks, and other issues...

They are 100% fine and OK. No issues at all!!!!
Always torqued to 75ft/lb's...

They have seen 140+mph over 2 dozen times... and I have hit HUGE almost wheel bending pot holes without any issue...
I think they get a positive review from me

ZERO problems here.
25,000 miles.
V2 spacers all the way around...

Always torqued to 75 ft/lbs

Rotated/Removed about 5 times...

No spider cracks or anything...

I do have a vibration on the highway but Im sure its tire related.
