Default Genesis coupe track wheels question

What will I need for these to sit flush with the body? I am picking up a set without tires for $350 and Im thinking of powder coating them black and dropping my car.

I heard I may need a spacer up front to clear the is350 calipers can anyone confirm this?

^^ wow lol. cool post bro.

OP, there's a few members on here rocking the Genesis wheels, and they look great. Get the wheels on tires and installed. Then see how far you want to push them out to fit. You'll probably want to lower some, and get some spacers to close up the battleship stance.

Member Dubseed out of Ottawa has a fantastic looking set up with the Genesis wheels

Tons of guys run them on here. They look really good actually.

I think some guys run 15mm on here to make them flush.

Have them on the car first before deciding how far you want them out.

They do sit out farther than stock. Also Im on my phone so I can't see signatures etc so I don't know if you have a 250 or 350 but on the 350 it won't clear the front brakes without a spacer or modification

Yeah nice try. You're not getting out that easily.

Im in the process of doing this exact mod. I just received my wheel set earlier this week and have just found a center cap set from my local hub cap shop that after some dremel action fits nicely.
Looks like I am going to try out some V12's in 225/35/19 & 255/35/19. I'm a little worried about the 255 fitting on this rim and in the wheel well without issues. I may get away with it at stock height but if I drop 1+" or so it may be a different story.

When everyone hears "Hyundai" they think so negative about the wheels. But I am actually going to pick up a set tomorrow. They look really good on the IS. Can't wait to get them and put them on
