My backup camera doesn't engage when the gear is put to reverse. I've searched, to no luck. Can anyone help? Thanks!!

Thank you all for the suggestions & help. After tinkering with it for quite some time, and going through the programming sequence several times, I believe we are finally fully operational! Everything looks and works great now and I am very pleased......except for the few chips on the dash around my air vents. That is not pleasant at all. Why did our dashboards have to be so soft? First, my old IS300 dash had melting issues, now we have one that chips away! Maybe the 3IS will have a more durable dash!

From what I remember, after messing with it for a little while..... I went through the programming steps a couple of times and it worked fine. This seems like an eternity ago, but it looks like it was just in 10/2011!!
got it to work after programming couple of times. jumpers are easy to confused with been up or down. thanks for your help.
