what is the Current Navigation update
I am about to purchase a 2008 IS350

Also do this systems on the Lexus have Firmware update/upgrades?

10.1. 11.1 should be coming out soon, which is for 2012. $200 update each year. I believe its only software update.

Now did they update the display look like lets say

I have a stock 08 is350
is there an update for how the stock is350 2010 looks? because i know they did a little bit of updates on those

The 2010 nav is hard drive based, whereas 06 to 09 were dvd based. Updated display is on 2010 and up I think. The dvd update won't update the display graphics, just adds new locations and roads etc.

To do what you ask, you'd need to switch out to a 2010 nav.

The latest DVD release is 10.1 I believe.

It updates locations and roads like said above, but I believe 9.1 and 10.1 updates also don't make you click "I accept", it just stays on the screen for awhile, then goes away.

v07.1 already eliminate "Agree bottom"

I got 10.1 map update, it shown more details on small road, but the Lexus NAV is still suck when I enter the destination, some of the destination still can not find it still guide me to the longer route than my Garmin
