Valve Spring Recall $$$ Bonus UPDATES!
So I came home today with a letter from Lexus. I didnt get the $500 gift card 
= no more parts!! Instead i got a "Lexus Complimentary Vehicle Service Agreement" Coverage: Powertrain till 6/2012 or 100,000 miles.

I called on Monday to find the status of my GC. They stated they had to make 50,000 more cards and that out of that 50k, 20k still needed to be mailed out. They couldn't give me a date. Cough....cough...SURE....

I was told 4 weeks ago that I would be getting the GC, within the next 30-60 days. It has been 30, and I hope to see it soon. When the valve recall was done, the dealer told me that I would be getting some extended powertrain info in the mail from Lexus. That would be great, but I WANT my GC! Waiting to order HKS exhaust...........

I got my gift card about 2 weeks ago. Got my front and rear brakes done with it and still have money left over 
. 52k miles and first time getting brakes (except for the recall at 10k). I'd say 40k on brake pads is pretty good!

I'm about at 50k, had my 50k done at 47k or so.. They probably would have said something about breaks if I needed them changed right?
