Seat Question

Are the ventilated seats supposed to work only in the bottom cushions as ours only ventilate the bottoms?

I think so... becuz only my butt and not mentionable parts feel cold when I turn on seat coolers... And warm from the seat warmer.

I don't feel anything in the back.

That sux , many get heated seats to help with back pain.

mines is heated from the back and bottom... Also it cools near the private area

and a little on the back near the top and thats about it.

Haven't used the heater in a while since it's getting warm in Cali, but I seem to recall the heater working on the back too...

The heaters heat the bottom and back. The "ventillated" seats are just a fan in the seat bottom. What a joke - as soon as you sit in the seat and compress the foam cushion, it prevents any air flow through the cushion and on to the occupant!
