^^ yeah, I was debating 5000k or 6000k haha. But I got 6000k since my low beams/fogs, interior are all 6000k! So I might as well make my reverse lights 6000k :P

But for reference I got these.

(unless Im trying to plug the bulb in the wrong slot LOL o.o) but the oem bulb clearly says 921 though.

Not sure why it doesn't fit, I was so excited too

^ They fit fine for me and I have the 2011+ tail lights. Do they not slide into your housing properly?

I can't fit the bulb into the socket =\ I tried pretty hard, and it doesn't seem like it will go in.

socal i feel like an idiot!, ill try again some more tomorrow.

Ill take some pictures of everything tomorrow.

Did you guys have to apply a lot of pressure to insert the bulb in the socket?

The oem bulb slides right out and goes back in really smooth.

No, just a bit of pressure and it slides in and may click in place.

Oh I have my white CREE turn signal video up!

I found it was a bit tough getting the angle to get the LEDs in.Mostly due to not taking the trunk lid liner completely off.Less room to get the angle to slide the LEDs in which are longer than the stock bulb..
One LED seemed a slight bit loose when getting it in but is working fine.I should have wrapped some electrical tape around the base but will if I have a problem.

The reverse light cable is against a harness, just unhook it. Once the light is in, put it back on the hook and make it just taut and you're good.

Yeah, i got the harness out, the bulb just seems a bit bigger than the harness. When I'm on break later ill try to snap some photos of it. (I will feel like the biggest idiot if its the wrong harness, but I checked multiple times LOL)

hmm, was yours bulbs the improved version?

I remember killais250 had issues with the new improved flank bulbs.

So, maybe the improve one of these bulbs don't fit either? Just a guess (unless yours are improved one as well then Idk anymore)

The LEDs I mentioned I used fit. They weren't too long.Just a bit hard to get into the hole and push into the receptacle because they're longer that the stock bulb and the lack of room due to not taking the trunk lid liner completely off.
I didn't take any harness out.
Simple pull out bulb and once I got the LED into the hole, simple push into receptacle.
