Will those wheels fit? START HERE.
i say go 265/30 then it gives the same sidewall height at least... with regards to the spacers i think 15mm is right... or mayb 245/35 is not that bad as well... i'm running 235/35.... it's not that bad of a stretch
^^
Yeah, I'm kinda limited to the 275/35 tire size as I'm in NJ and going w/ all seasons - the Bridgestone Potenza Re960's in specific... only gotz them to choose from or the Michelin PS A/S Plus which also are the same size. Not too many choices.
So just dealing w/ my specific size above.... whatchwudYOUdo?

Wait, so is it a 275/30 (Like you listed in the title) or is it 275/35 (like you just stated in your last post)? In any case, I'd suggest running the 15mm spacer. I've got H&R's also, but on my 2wd, and I ran a 19x10 +35 with 275/30's and I rubbed. Even with the 10mm spacer, you'd be at a +32. Also, if you are in fact running a 275/35, that would make the fitment even harder since the sidewall would be even taller than mine. I'd see if you could find a local with a spare set of 15mm and try them out first before you commit to buying a new set.
19x9.5 +27 offset (with 15mm spacers) using 275/30 will definitely not work if you are going to slam the car, going for the tucked look.
But if you are still riding with the height like the picture in your sig, i think you should be fine.

In responding to Toyo's... I looked at them briefly but know deep down that the Bridgestone's are a better ride overall and better tires (I own them on my IS250, which is now going to my wife). I love these tires an staying w/ them.
Kinda get what you pay for, ya know. Anywho, sticking w/ the 275/30, whatcha think?
Good Post. Yes, I'm not going to slam my car. It would be deff like the pic in the post as thats a drop on H&R's and this new IS is gonna be on H&R's as well... so your kinda confirming my thoughts that the 27mm offset should be JUST pefect... right?
Well, see if you have a friend who has different sized spacers, like 5mm, 10mm and 15mm, then do a check on it with the 275/30 to get your best bet. but i have a feeling the 15mm with the 275 would make you rub at times.
If i were you, I would buy 5mm slip-on spacers from ebay ($10 for 2) and do that first before anything. I remember on my first set of rims, the rears were 9.5 +36 with a 235/35 and there was a ton of clearance with TEIN S-Techs. So i assume the 275 would be a good fit on a +36. Looked like this:

here is another with a 275/30 on 9.5 +42

Here's how I see it, and please any wheel guru's correct me if I'm wrong. I was running a 19x10 +35 with the 275/30's on H&R's, and rubbed. The 19x9.5 will sit 12 more in to begin with, right (6mm narrower on the inside and out), so basically 6mm more clearance to the fender than what I've got. So even with 6mm more outer clearance (35mm+6mm more clearance=29mm), running that 15mm spacer and effectively a +27, will still rub. I'm almost positive the 10mm will work with no fender work. The 15mm will work if you shave the rears too. Again, I'm no expert, but just trying to figure out the calculations based off of what I know for a fact rubs.

Your instinct serves you correct sir, with 15mm spacers on a 275 you should not rub, with 15mm spacer you are 1mm less aggressive than my 18x10 +38 on 275 (yours is the equivalent of 19x10 +39) so you will be okay.
The only factor is with 275 you might bulge out a bit more than me... but even if you do rub, you only need to roll a tiny bit, like 1mm ~ 2mm of clearance.
