Default DRL HELP! (noobalious)

guys i have a huge question!! idk if this is possible or not but i really hope it is!

Okay so im going through a purple theme phrase lol and i want some purple DRL
i believe our bulb size for the DRL is 9005 am i correct?
well i checked out v-led already and all i see is white and amber!!
is there anyway i can just change the bulb!?!

and the DRL 9005 is the light thats always on when you drive correct
and the led is the one thats only on when you turn your lights on correct?

please correct me if im wrong. thank you!

i dont need a diy bc i have white led already.
i just want some PURPLE DRL >.<
instead of the ugly orangle/yellow stock ones =/

okay i just confuse myself again. >.<
can someone clarified for me on this.
the 9005 bulb is the DRL and high beam correct?
or is it something DIFFERENT!?!

your DRL is your highbeam running at like 40% if you get a LED 9005 bulb. you are going to need a DRL Module from VLEDS .. this will stop the flickering that will occur when you get just a 9005 LED bulb. and no you dont need a hid kit for ur 9005 bulb because the oem is just a halogen.

theoretically you can. but if you purchase a LEd 9005 bulb.. ur going to need the drl module..

^ +1. Get an LED conversion kit of you want purple DRLs. You won't be able to do it by swapping for a different 9005 bulb.

Yep. I did a direct bulb swap and put in 2500K Nokya Yellows. They stay on and last you until the bulb dies.
