Default Help!! (problem installing new nav disc)

hey guys, so I took out my old dvd disc from my nav to upgrade to a newer version. after inserting the dvd, it says loading the system, do not turn off for like about an hour already... is this normal? i feel like the battery will be drained...

It loads even longer than a blu-day disc? I don't think it is normal.

it should only take like 1 min max. try to eject it and try again

how can i manually eject the disc?.. the touch screen doesnt seem to be working when the system is loading..

anyone know how to manually eject the nav disc? its not reading the disc so i cant use the touchscreen to eject it.. need some advices

Not sure if this will fix your problem, but you can try disconnecting your battery for a while and let your DVD drive refresh. You'll have to reprogram radio stations, seat positions, etc, but I think its worth trying if its still frozen.....

As previously mentioned, mine took less than a minute to load the new disc.
