I have a 2010 is350 and i'm trying to roll all 4 windows down with the FOB and it just doesn't seem to work... I hold the unlock button down for over 10 seconds and nothing really happen...? Is it an option in one of the packages that i'm missing? or is it standard? or does the dealer have to program that in with there tool?

Sometimes mine doesn't work the first time, try doing it once or twice it should eventually roll down. If it doesn't go to the dealership and get your personalized settings customized. Make sure they give you a little sheet to fill out what you want/don't want to change.

 

When you go in for your 1k complimentary service, they will ask if you want to change any settings. (one of the setting options)

 

press twice and hold the unlock button the 2nd time....

yea i tried the press twice nad hold today and it didn't work also... might have to ask the dealer sometimes this week...

 

Lol mines work. Go to dealer tell em they will take care of u
