Open Windows w/ Remote enabled by default?

The title says it all...

I tried to do it today, but it didn't work.

All I did is push and hold the unlock button, but all it does is unlock the doors...

its an option that can be turned off. did you buy your car used? maybe the previous owner had the dealership disable the option

My car was purchased brand new. I just brought it in for the 1k service. I'll ask them about it when i bring it for the 5k service. Thanks!

hold it down for like 3.5 seconds.. that usually does the trick .

^^ sometimes you have to hold the unlock button for an extra 5 to 8 seconds after the doors unlock..That's when all my windows roll down ?
