does your steering ever jerk over when you brake?

I'm bringing in my car tomorrow to the dealer for its 5000 mile service, and i brought this to their attention as i set my appointment. they told me they'd have to hold my car for a couple of days to check it out, so i was wondering if anyone else had this issue as well. it doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes when i'm braking at very low speeds with my hand loosely on the steering wheel, the wheel will suddenly jerk to the right. i was thinking it could possibly be uneven roads..

hmm sounds like you need some BBK's or new calipers. Maybe im wrong, cause your car is still too new. DO you drive local a lot? Im at 16,000 miles and my stock breaks are still at 90% cause i drive alot in the freeways(long distance bbk friendly)

had no idea that brake pads had anything to do with a steering wheel jerking.. haha

something like this similar happened to me. But then I braked kind of hard and my car jerked to the left. Almost lost control of the car.

If the problem only happens when you brake, you probably have some uneven wear on your brake pads or rotors, or perhaps one of the calipers is seized.
