I am Loving the PIAA extreme whites I couldn't be happier with the color match if I had to do it all over again I would buy the same ones!

Changed the settings on the camera so u can see the hue the factory HID and the PIAA fog gives off almost the same color

My friend had been driving in front of me tonight and he doesn't know much about cars or anything to do with lighting and he said he couldn't tell the difference. Very happy with the PIAA EXTREME WHITE and would def rec. to anyone not getting the HID conversion.

hmmm... after seeing the pics of PIAA Extreme Whites I might have to rethink the future choice of fogs... after taking pics of my PIAA Intense Whites they are noticeably yellower than the stock HIDs, at least in appearance. In light output they match the HIDs pretty well. But for looks, maybe the Extremes might be better match because of the blue coating.

HID lowbeams + stock fog lights on

HID lowbeams + PIAA Intense white highs on (fogs shut off when high is on)

however, I notice the night shots you guys posted tend to be overexposed and so they many not really reflect what the lights look like in real life, except the daytime shot that SlickRSM took. I took several shots of mine with very fast shutter speed to capture the color temperature, not the intensity of the lights, and here you can see the difference--the PIAAs are still yellower than the HIDs, without a tinge of blue at all in the appearance:

can you guys try taking a fast shutter pic of your Extremes and HIDs so we can compare based on just color temp and not intensity?

Say man, thanks for coming through with the pics. I had the other thread on what brand of fogs to buy. I was going to go Luminics, but your pics have convinced me to go the PIAA route. It's probably the best way to go w/o going full hid on the fogs. Looks great!

PIAA is known for quality IMO. But for that price you can get an HID Fog light kit. Its all depending on Personal preference..
