Yeah, rear fenders rolled then maybe a 3-5m pull. There is some sort of tab by where the rear bumper meets the body that had to be shaved down. In the front we just had to remove some screws for the fender liner and bend the tabs up a lil bit.

Pretty easy to make it work actually. The rear fenders on a IS are sooooooo much nicer to roll/pull than the GS/LS that have those 2 screws in the fender lip where they get dimpled from rolling the fenders. IS you don't have to worry about that.

So I pull the trigger on a new set of wheels. Not as aggressive as I would have liked but I'm still happy. Here are the specs.

9J×19+25
235/35/19 (I also have a extra set of 225/40/19 I could swap it out with)

10J×19+30
245/35/19

I just on Fsport springs for now.

Should I run the 235/35 or 225/40 in the front?

I plan to buy a new set of tires 215/35 and 225/35 when I switch to coils.

totally unnecessary to run 215/35 or 225/35 in the rear.. when you get coils.

with those offsets, you can get away with 225/35/19 in the front and 245/35/19 in the rear

I'll probably add spacers when I get coils. That's why I was thing of going with those tire sizes.

Should I run the 235/35 or 225/40 in the front for now?

are you serious with this question? it's been answered MILLIONS of times.
225/35/19
245/35/19
bend your tabs and roll your fenders....its that simple

either tire, you wont rub until you lower your car and buy spacers
