Yes, you are correct, out of the box it will not fit. You will have to stretch, pull, and modify, but eventually it will fit.

everyone has their own opinion of flush...this is mine:
some guidelines:
1) you cant be flush at stock ride height
2) you cant be flush with beefy tires
3) you cant be flush without negative camber
4) you cant be flush without poke
5) you cant be flush without rubbing

and to me,,that's,,beyond FLUSH
but looks GREAT~!here is mine..I could had gone more aggressive but I wanted to slam and tuck at the end of the day....

Calvin,,just to give you an idea,,that's how flush it looks at my normal driving height..and of course I can tuck/slam all the way down
you can still go little more aggressive and still be able to tuck..

no I dont..actually I CAN'T..
I have little less than one finger gap in the rear
and little less than two finger gap in the front
my Ings Kit sits really low compared to other front lip and the road in Oak/Berkeley area sucks..pot holes everywhere...
