Second Time Around...
I just picked up my 06 350 from Jim Faulk Lexus. I took it in because of the alignment problems. I originally took it in to Vista Lexus about 2 months ago to have the alignment fixed. They performed an alignment and rotated the tires. This time around they also did an alignment. They assured me that this was going to fix the problem. (Fingers crossed) This just seems crazy to me that I have to keep getting it service. Doesn’t Lexus realize that this is an on going problem with our IS's.

sorry to hear about your troubles, Just out of curiousity, do they perform the alignment their or do they send it out? Because if they sent it out chances are the tech did a half *** job. Did they show you a spec sheet of the alignment job?
