Default Blackberry to NAV

Sorry if this has been posted before but coldnt find one...

Is there a way to get your blackberry to sync (as in display) on the NAV screen? that way you can serach the interent while driving. Google traffic, weather.com, so on and so on.

Do you really think that would be safe to do while you drive? I get a little tired of everyone trying to multi-task while operating a 4000 pound machine at 60 miles per hour!

no, i have a blackberry, and all you can do is operate the regular phone features. the blackberry doesn't have any video-out ports on the phone. just a port for audio. this is basically impossible.

just a thought. I would love to have that feature in traffic though...living in Northern Virginia/DC...knowing where traffic will let up is huge!

why don't you just use your phone while you're in the car?? that's what i do for traffic maps. don't see why i would connect it to the nav screen. portability ftw
