I went to the car service today, and they told me that the IS350 (Middle East) will release in 2009. just hoping it's just a rumor.

crap, I'm pissed -__- well I guess my IS300 is cooler than IS250

 

The is300 is an is350 in the middle east. They detuned the engine to handle the dust/heat, as well as other mods.

 

GS300 (ME) and IS300 (ME)
have the same engine, 228HP.

 

No the is300 in the ME is a totally diff engine, its a 3.0 liter without direct injections, due to the apparant high sulfur content of our oil. which i highly doubt, cause alot of the cars here have direct injection such as audi 2.0T. To be honest i think its to boost sales of cars such as the faster es350 (also sans direct inject) as well as the toyota aurion both which produce around 270 hp. If they really werent such ****** i think they could have given us that engine (3.5l) found in the es and aurion instead of our 3.0l. Infiniti g35 sales in the UAE must be killin lexus though so maybe well see a change

 

the GS is here since 2005 and didn't get the 350 ,i don't think the IS350 will ever come to the ME.

 

IS300 cooler that IS250... please.... at least i can go mudding im my IS... AWD

 

Im shipping my ride IS350 backhome(YEMEN) from canada and get a MB C63 here, i just hope the engine will handle the hot weather and bad oil over there

 

Itprob wont be the 350 from the states and japan, bas inshallah itll be the same 350 thats in the ES here. then well only be 30hp shy of the american / jap spec model
