LOL cars never hit that value. Nope, it might get a little better, but thats more than likely about what your mpg will stay at. Exactly the reason I went with the 250.

I have a 350 and get 22.8-22.9 mpg. That's 50% driving at 80 mph, 50% driving in L.A. traffic.

Make sure you reset your trip odometer. It calculates average MPG based on that distance. It also averages the TIME you are at a stop in Drive, so it will calculate and average that time as 0 MPG...

I've had my 350 a little over a month now, so far I have been averaging 20MPG. That is mostly commuting in crappy LA traffic. I dont expect much better, but I didnt buy this car for its great gas mileage either.

Yep, just one more reason I traded blazing acceleration for decent mileage.

I regularly average around 25 MPG and when cruising the freeways it's been as high as 34 MPG..

I've recorded many, many tank averages of 30 MPG or more when driving out of town. And that's cruising with California traffic. Gotta love it!!!

Depends on how you drive. When my gf drives her Is250 she averages 29-30mpg, when I get it it drops to like 27 in the first hour (and I don't get on it too much).

I noticed better gas mileage after my first oil change. Or maybe it's just my driving habit. Seriously, I noticed 0.5 to 1.5 mpg improvement.

The car is brand new and 220 total miles is nowhere near enough to do any kind of averaging. Fill up 4 or 5 more times and get back with us.

When my car was new, I did lots of short trips. (Bringing it around to show friends, lots of little errands as an "excuse" to drive the new car) With this car, lots of short trips (especially in cooler weather) really causes your mileage to drop.

I got 22.4 mpg on my first tank. I'm on my second tank of gas and I'm at 26.0 mpg (about 40% highway)
