it might be just the bulb, installed wrong or defective bulb.

 

Aww i wanted a brighter License plate LED. Its Really an assembly? Which i could put like 4 of those little IS F'ers on each side. That would make my license plate hella bright

 

Do you know if you're using D4S or D4R bulbs? Or is this a 9006 conversion? Looks like you either used the wrong bulb (or a defective one) or the bulb itself is not positioned correctly within the headlight housing.

 

I think the bulb is not position properly cos i remember the guy took off one of the three plastic thing that locks the bulb in place..

F thats the cause can i just change the h11 bulbs and use the ballast from the conversion kit? Or i need to get new hid conversion kit?

Damn..just abt to get excited getting my first hid kit.. :/

 

just replacement bulbs. and they will plug into the kit.

 

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll bring my car back to the shop and replace the bulbs. See how it'll go. Hopefully problem will be solved

 

Hmmm do you have better quality pix? Looks like your lights have some weird half circle on the light... Do you see black half circle spots when you beam it to the wall? If you have big two half circle black spots, your HID needs to be repositioned. You have to turn it until those spot goes away. I had same problem so when I turned the bulb until it clicks into perfect position, those black spots were gone.

 

Definitely a bulb issue.

Our customers have gone with a 194 LED bulb.
