Just took my car to the dealer for 5k services yesterday. Overall experience is great. The advisor is very helpful. Also, I asked him to do the 3 things on my car.
- Turn off DRL.
- Install front liences plate
- Realign the door handle cover because it is not flush with the body.

Everything is done except the door handle cover. The tech found the doorlock cylinder cover broken. . They need to order the new one. Again, Lexus Service is GREAT!!

I didn't think it was possible to rotate the tires since they are directional and different sizes front and back.

It depends on which wheel/tire package you have. The 18's with high performance tires can't be rotated.

I got my 5k service on saturday. I had to wait 1 1/2 hours, and they only lend out cars if its 2 hours or more. I fixed the b-pillar noise along with the check up. They say my tires and brakes are still brand new. doubt they checked it.

Took mine in last Monday (2/20/06) for the 1st service and was told that they had to keep it because of a coolant leak. I was surprised since I usually look for leaks in my driveway and work parking garage. They had to order a hose and gave me a 06' RX330. It has been nearly a week and they part has not come in yet. I am not complaining since I placed nearly 500 miles on the RX since I had it.

haha...time for a road trip!

I definitely got my money's worth out of the free Mercedes loaner cars when I had my 01 C320.
