Head unit install while maintaining factory amp?

Head unit install while maintaining factory amp?
Hello,
I recently picked up a double din that I’m trying to install into my 2002 IS300. I want to know if it’s possible to maintain the factory amp and use this head unit with the RCA outputs.
For example, would all I need to do is just use the FL,FR,RR,RL RCA outputs then wire them into the amp wiring harness?
Plus wire like constant, switch, ground, and illumination.
If this is a possibility let me know, if not I’ll just purchase one of those amp bypass harnesses.
