Default Help: How do i remove double sided tape

i have a rear spoiler that im parting out. I used double sided tape on the rear spoiler. It's holding quite strong. i cant just pull it out because the spoiler might bend or crack. Anyone got a good way to take it out safetly?

slide a razor blade under it as you pull gently. Careful not to gouge the paint. Razors can get hooked onto edges so friggin easy.

Floss like you would use for your teeth and run it under the spoiler. Also a bit of windex helps and shouldn't harm the paint.

These are best suggestions..
Don't "floss" or use razorblades unless you don't care about your paint...

to remove the spoiler you'll first need to soften the glue/tape with a heat gun or hairdryer. once the glue is soft use dental floss in between the wing and the trunk to separate the tape. then once the wing is off use something like go gone or wd40 to get any residue glue off the trunk.

do not use a razor blade.

forgot about heating it up first. that will really help a lot! heat gun if you have, if not blow dryer will get the job done. for sure NO on the razor blade. who suggested that?!
