Default Anyone can show me how to remove the spoiler

I want to trade my car so I really need to take off the F spoiler..I used the extra double sides tape with the OEM tape already attacked with spoiler when I had it installed. How do I remove it without damage the paint of the trunk. Thanks everybody!

you could try using a hair dyer to loosen the tape. Then take fishing line to help separate the spoiler from the body of the car.

Heat it up with a blow dryer as stated above and spray some adhesive remover if that seems to loosen it you can try fishing line or floss. Probably would be residue so have some goo gone ready.

is the blow dryer gonna kill the paint of the spoiler and the trunk..how far I have to hold it? Taking the spoiler off from the double side tape shouldn't rip off the paint right?

From all the people who have used the blow dryer and floss method (I have seen pics myself) .... I don't think there is much of a chance of damaging the paint.

My friend de-badged his 330ci with this method .... turned out just fine
