Do a compression test, a smoke test (intake / exhaust leaks) and a coolant pressure test beforehand just in case, before you go and chase ghosts. AFAIK all 450h's do this, although there is indeed that TSB for the low pressure injectors on the 4th gen (or was it only for the RX 450h).

hey there, do you mind if I ask if this guibo failing could cause the transmission to jerk on, start up, and the engine to knock when the ICE engages from electric?
I am trying to fault find my issue. It may be that there is more than one thing going wrong.
