Do I have the Sports Package?
Or call service department and give them your VIN, they can pull up all the equipment/options that you have on your vehicle and you will know for sure.
If you have luxury package then by default you can't have sport package because they can't be ordered that way. 19" rims are on both luxury and sports package and also can be added alone too if requested.

The sport package includes 19" alloy wheels that look darker up close and chrome insert in the tailgate area like in the picture below. And I think you would know by driving it. It feels tighter.
anita, im pretty sure that the chrome strip in the cargo area is standard on all RXs. can anyone confirm this? the only way to tell cosmetically is the superchrome graphite finish on the rims.
ignore the rim, but the finish is the same
sport package

standard finish

RXSF, you might be right. The more I think about it, the chrome insert may be standard on the 450h but I don't remember seeing see it on the 350. I could be wrong. Somebody please confirm. The rims are hard to tell from a distance. It has the 'sport finish' similar to the superchrome finish in the performance package on our '04s but a little nicer/darker IMO. Mine are too dirty from the snow and crap to take a close up picture. They didn't include too much in the sport package. Then again, it's priced a lot less than PP and I never used the air suspension anyway.
It's March, ah hem
Time to join the 450h club?

Hey gang it says here the Sport Package gets a VDIM button with off switch. I see the other models have VSC button with off switch.
Is that the best way to tell? Do other models have VDIM as an option?
http://www.lexus.com/models/RX/features/pricing.html
It seems available on FWD and AWD models...
450 below...sport package seems only adds the springs/shocks and wheels? VDIM is standard.

So I have no idea how to physically check the RX 450h to see if its a sport package.
Might have to call the dealer and run a VIN check.

VDIM is standard on all 450h. VDIM is a central computer that controls all of the following.
From the owner's manual:
VDIM (Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management)
Provides integrated control of the ABS, brake assist, TRAC, VSC, hill-start assist control, and EPS systems
Maintains vehicle stability when swerving on slippery road surfaces by controlling the brakes and hybrid system output
