Going to work the other morning and i get a hybrid malfunction message
car only has 3300 miles on it. It only gave me a range of .6 miles and only sometimes the gas engine would come on but it literally had no power.
its at the dealer now.
i wont hear anything until at least tuesday
oh and they gave me a 2021 GX 460 as a loaner and i absolutely hate it lol
Called today they still dont know whats wrong they are contacting other dealerships to see if they experienced similar problems and so far nothing. So i may not even have to wait for lemon law. They can just keep it i’ll be happy to go back american

If really want to use the lemon law, get the booklet or search on the Internet for your state and follow the rules exactly. It can be done but you got to follow the rules.

the other thing i noticed while on the side of the road was that the heads up display showed a tachometer guage but theres nowhere in the settings that lets you put it up there
Very strange that they can't diagnose it from the codes. I believe the NY lemon law has a 30 day clock, so keep track of the date progression as this unfolds.

Waiting for Lexus to call us, everything seems fine right now , we tested everything as right now is not malfunction we are just waiting for a reply from Lexus to Release the car
