Hybrid malfunction

I took my new 500H on one road trip and it failed at 4,000 with Hybrid System Failure. It's been in the shop waiting on a transmission control module (TCM) for 8 weeks. The new part came in this week, damaged, and they have to order another one. They have no idea when another part will arrive and it might not be the root cause of the issue, I'm told. It's been sitting in the hot Texas sun for 8 weeks (normally garaged) and that can't be good on the interior. I went from BMW to this car, thinking it would be a reliable car. Not the case. I don't have the car I paid for and I wish I had never bought it!

Got the car back from the bodyshop from the deer hitting me months ago.
to decide if i should take the buyback order or take a hefty cash and keep i took it for a 500 mike round trip to get our new puppy
the car drove amazingly well. No hiccups and lots of power driving up and downt the adirondack mountain highways. Buyback is gonna be a hassle so lawyer said they could get me upwards of $25k

Yes, they gave me a cheaper Lexus while I wait indefinitely. They have an engineering issue that is causing the whole transmission to be replaced. No ETA in sight and my 2023 500H is not the only one having this debilitating issue. Its now been 3-1/2 months that I've been without the vehicle I paid for.

End all i changed my mind and i an going for the buyback. Cant keep a lemonized car with dealership service techs that cant work on it.

Rx 500h battery drain
long time lurker, first post.
Long story short Friday bunch or alerts popped up, hybrid system malfunction, shift system malfunction, driver start control malfunction, 12 volt battery charging mulfunction.
started it up today only hybrid system error and car drivable.
dealer is servicing the Rx and they claim there is battery drain they can’t locate. Anyone else seen this?
