Default Prado Tie Down Rails

I found this photo of a Toyota Prado 150 and I'm intrigued by the tie down rails.

I strap down tools and supplies in the back and I'm concerned the stock Lexus assemblies are not strong enough to hold the weight down while off roading without breaking.

Is anyone familiar with these Prado rails and if the are easily retrofitted to our GXs?

Hmmmm. Privacy Badger killed the pictures. First time I've had that happen here.

Quick search found a few references but no source. May need to expand posts.

Here's a snap of what I currently strap down. They are loaded down with about 50lbs of stuff. Tools, first aid /safety/emergency stuff, recovery gear, hitch *****, draw bar, rain gear and a hammock.

Yes, your current setup isn't very safe in an accident. That container needs to be tied down to the point that it cannot move in any direction.

Thanks for the feedback thus far. I think I'm leaning towards aluminum L-track. I need to do some homework on the second and third row seat construction to make sure I can bolt on to something with enough structural integrity to handle the various forces involved.
