Default Outer tie rod install troubles, Help Please

I have a 99 gs300 with 201k miles i just bought the car about 2 months. I have average mechanic skills.First suspension DIY. I have been in the process of changing my lower ball joints, tie rods and sway links for 4 days now. Had some parts and rain delays. No claw washers or hex nut came with moog inner tie rod. ordered from toyota.

Car already had moog parts but where worn down. Passenger inner tie rod was almost impossible to take off. Had to use tie rod tool to take off the whole tie rod with outer. Old parts both moog.

Now its time to re install everything. Ball joints and sway links are in. Now its time to reinstall outer tie rod. i cant get it to it to line up where the bolt screws all the way on to get the cotter pin on and this is both sides. Friend took off the driver side and didnt count the spins so im unsure of the right length of the tie rods.

Ball joint and sway links look fine. Thank you in advance
