Center console gap
I was poking around the center console and noticed that there seems to be a pretty big gap difference where the console meets the dashboard than I would expect on a Lexus:

So how does it look on yours? Are yours even on both sides?

Well if you zoom on the 14 picture I think there is a gap too though shadow makes it hard to see whether it is even or not but it's there!

I think getting it perfectly aligned on every assembly is impossible by design. On one hand you have NAV and DVD panels which are aligned perfectly and if you push on the "pillar" to close the console gap you open the gap between NAV and DVD panels! The center console itself is a huge separate unit and I don't see it aligning perfectly with the dash (another huge separate unit) every time.
