Having same problems
I originally posted this and couple months with no response. I’ve taken my car to several auto electric shops and keep getting the run around. Could really use some help thanks.
“Audio Navigation system only works in when key is turned to on position, When engine is turned on screen is completely black and unresponsive, audio goes in and out. A/C is able to be somewhat controlled by physical buttons. I’ve checked all the fuses none are blown, I have also removed battery terminal to try and reset. I have also removed and reinstalled the unit and amp with no luck.
