I just bought a 2004, 96K, ML/Nav, rses, tow setup. 90K service was done. I paid 14K to a private seller. Car looks great overall but rims are corroded as hell and there was a CV boot issue found by Toyota (quoted $1240, ended up paying <$300 to fix).
I feel like I got a great deal.
